Great vintage silver interlocking double link bracelet by Nils-Eric Soderman, of Koping, Sweden. The "NSE" mark dates the piece to 1963-1965, BUT it also has the Y9 mark, which dates it to 1973...either way, it is vintage. The Swedish triple crown mark denotes a silver purity of 830 or higher. Very nice quality. Bright and shiny silver. (Please note that any reddish or black tones are reflections.)
The clasp is marked with three crowns, an S (used after 1912), NSE (Nils-Eric Soderman), a letter K that represents the city Koping, and Y9. This piece has a silver purity of at least 830. Metals are NOT acid tested in my possession, descriptions are based on the markings.
The bracelet measures approx. 1/2" wide and is approx. 7 1/4" in length. Weighs approx. 24g.
Good vintage condition. Clasp and two saftey catches are in working order. Little to no patina, just beginning in spots. Please expect light surface wear as this has been worn. This has NOT been polished in my possession.
This is older and has been worn, please expect surface scratches and surface wear. Please look closely at the photos...many of which are magnified, as they are close-up shots. Color does vary with different screens. Patinas do darken in storage. I am always happy to answer questions.
Vintage. Do NOT use liquid silver polish or harsh chemicals on pieces with stones (especially turquoise) as those substances will cause damage. A simple silver cloth will do, taking care to avoid the stones as much as possible.
