Danecraft Bangle Bracelet Vintage Sterling Silver Great Modern Rope Design with Texture

Beautiful vintage sterling silver bangle bracelet by Danecraft. Wonderful visual texture to the modern feeling design. Love the twist through the middle. Perhaps was sized at some point as seam is rather messy...please look closely at photos. Despite the seam, this has plenty of life left and would be super added to a stack!

In 1934, under the parent company Felch & Company, Victor Primavera Sr. founded the Danecraft Corporation. Primavera was from a long line of successful Italian jewelers and his company was one of the earliest in America to manufacture quality costume jewelry. Felch & Co and Danecraft separated during WWII the two company marks would not be used together again. The bangle is marked DANECRAFT STERLING. Metals are NOT tested in my possession.

The bracelet measures approx. 2 1/2" across the interior when laid flat and is approx. 3/16" wide. It weighs approx. 9g. As this is slightly out-of-round, the measurement changes slightly at different points.

Vintage condition. Again, messy finish to the seam, please view last photo for details. Please expect light surface wear as this has been worn. And as with many old bangles, this is slightly out-of-round. Light to medium patina to the silver. This has NOT been polished in my possession.

This is older and has been worn, please expect surface scratches and surface wear. Please look closely at the photos...many of which are magnified, as they are close-up shots. Color does vary with different screens. Patinas do darken in storage. I am always happy to answer questions.

Vintage. Do NOT use liquid silver polish or harsh chemicals on pieces with stones (especially turquoise) as those substances will cause damage. A simple silver cloth will do, taking care to avoid the stones as much as possible.
