Heavy Byzantine style sterling silver chain. Italian. Medium to dark patina to the sterling. Cool style.

The chain is approx. 18" in length. Weighs approx. 28g.

The chain is marked 925 and ITALY. The lobster clasp is marked 925 on the tongue. Metals are not tested for purity in my possession. Descriptions are based on the markings.

Vintage condition. DARK patina to the silver. Surface wear, commensurate with age. This has NOT been polished in my possession.

Please look closely at the photos...many of which are magnified, as they are close-up shots. Color does vary with different screens. Patinas do darken in storage. I am always happy to answer questions.

Vintage. Do NOT use liquid silver polish or harsh chemicals on pieces with stones (especially turquoise) as those substances will cause damage. A simple silver cloth will do, taking care to avoid the stones as much as possible.
