Layering Necklace Vintage Italian Horn, Cornicello, Good Luck, Sterling Silver Pendant and Chain - Free US Shipping and Gift Wrap

Great vintage sterling Italian Horn, cornicello, pendant. Cornicello, Italian for "little horn", are worn to ward off the evel eye (and bad luck in general), hence bringing good luck and protection. This piece could be worn by either a man or a woman. Chain is also vintage. And...another PERFECT layering piece!!!!

Pendant is marked ITALY and 925 on the bale. Chain is marked IBB 925 INDO and 925 on the clasp. Descriptions based on the markings. Items are not tested for metal content.

Chain is approx. 20". Horn pendant is approx. 1 1/4" tall by approx. 1/4" across the widest point.

Vintage condition. This has been worn and has some age, please expect light surface wear and natural patina. This has not been polished in my possession. Patinas do darken in storage and may be darker than pictured.

Please look closely at the photos...many of which are magnified and many brightened, as they are close-up shots. Color does vary with different screens. I am always happy to answer questions.

Vintage. Do NOT use liquid silver polish or harsh chemicals on pieces with stones (especially turquoise) as those substances will cause damage. A simple cloth will do, taking care to avoid the stones as much as possible.
